Fort of S. Neutel

This fort was also built during the Restoration War in the Vauban system, as Fort of S. Francisco. However, it was not concluded and for a long time it served as a powder magazine and a civil prison.

Inside the fortress, there is the Mannerist chapel of ‘Nossa Senhora das Brotas’.
